Your personal information will be used for shipping purposes, secure 3rd party apps that enable me to process payment and fulfill your order, for permissions-based communications, and for tax purposes if necessary.


The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but generally, orders are shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of payment, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.


Unless by special arrangement, all order are mailed via Canada Post using standard shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sorry, but I am not for delays due to customs.

Returns and Cancellations

For refund, items must be received by Hook, Line & Tinker within thirty (30) days of delivery to the buyer. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Standard orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads
